Project Overview

Why Flood Resilience Matters for Saint Lucia

The Saint Lucia Urban Resilient Flood Investment (SURF-IN) is a World Bank-financed initiative designed to enhance the Government of Saint Lucia's capacities to prepare for and respond to disaster and climate events, and to strengthen the resilience of infrastructure in Castries and Anse La Raye to flood risk management.

The project is implemented by the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) under the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Youth Economy (MoFEDYE), with support from partner agencies including the Castries and Anse La Raye Constituency Councils.
